Captive Heart

Chapter 1

“Please, fasten your seatbelts.”
Taylor opened one eye as the announcement came on. He had been asleep for a couple hours and had really no desire to wake up. He yawned, stretching his arms up over his head and put his seatbelt on. He glanced over at Isaac, snoring away and hit him.
“Ike, seatbelt.” Taylor advised.
“Are we landing?” Ike asked drearily as he rubbed his eye with his free hand.
“I guess. Where’s Zac anyway?” Taylor said, shifting in his seat, turning to look down the aisle.
“He could be using the restroom or bugging a stewardess, take your pick.” Ike smiled. He ran his fingers through his hair and proceeded to buckle up.

“Dude, the line for the bathroom was HUGE!” Zac said, coming back to the first class area.
“Good thing I went at the airport before we took off. There was no way you were going to get me into one of those little things.” Ike smiled as Zac sat down in the seat across from them.
“Claustrophobic?” Taylor asked, turning to look at Ike.
“No, just don’t want to get caught in there. Very uncomfortable if you know what I mean.” Ike winked.

“We will be landing momentarily so please put your seats in the upright position and fold your trays. Thank you.”
“Oh goody!” Zac said, rubbing his hands together.
“So, is it me or is this time in the desert going to be awesome for the video shoot?” Ike said, leaning his head against the seat, putting his arms across his chest.
“It’s going to be so awesome.” Taylor smiled back.
“And hot, don’t forget hot. I already packed my sun block.” Zac interrupted.
“That won’t save you.” Taylor smiled at him then laughed. He turned his wrist to notice the time.
“Right on schedule.”

“Thank you for flying with us. Please wait until the plane is at a full stop before going to retrieve your baggage.”

The plane hit the runway and Taylor looked out the window, over Isaac. He noticed several large black vans and jeeps parked before the nearing of the airport.
“Hey, it’s our fan club.” Taylor smiled and pointed out the window.
“I don’t think so.” Ike said, looking closer out the window.
“Escorts?” Zac asked.
“Who knows. I’m getting my shades on though. It’s gonna be a scorcher out there.” Taylor said, taking his sunglasses out of his front pocket. He slipped them on and pushed his hair back with his fingers.
The plane jerked to a stop. Taylor was the first up, moving out of the way to allow Ike out. He reached to the overhead and pulled out his lap top and backpack that held only his necessities and put it on his seat. He grabbed Ike’s bag and handed it to him.
