Taylor sat up in his bed, rather confused about what had just taken place. He had been asleep and dreaming about home when suddenly he heard Sheila's voice call out to him. He had woke up and looked around but did not see her though he felt as if she was near, that was, before the feeling suddenly vanished. Taylor threw the covers back and stood up slowly. "Sheila?" he asked. "Where are you? Are you here? What's going on?" he asked as he turned in circles, still very confused. Jacob sat watching Taylor call to Sheila. "Now what's this all about?" he asked aloud. Daniel came over and leaned on the desk and he looked at the monitor. "Probably misses his little friend." "Go check on Sheila. I'm going to Taylor's room," Jacob said as he got up. "With pleasure." Daniel said. "And no funny business!" Jacob yelled as he walked out and Daniel rolled his eyes. Taylor still stood turning in circles, "Sheila?" Suddenly, he jumped when he heard the door beep. "Sheila?" he asked, his heart hopeful for an answer to this confusion. His heart sank, however; when he saw that it was Jacob. "Why are you calling out to Shiela?" he asked. "What do you care? It's none of your business," Taylor said, finally fed up with all the questions. "Look you little brat just answer the question. Why are you calling out to Sheila?" Jacob demanded. Taylor quickly thought up something to say, "I just had a weird dream about her, ok? I mean, I was worried." "Why worried?" Jacob asked. "It was a bad dream about her that's all. Is she ok?" Taylor asked, trying to cover up the truth. "She's fine. Don't worry." Jacob stared at Taylor for moment. "Get back to bed. You have a big day tomorrow." "Why?" Taylor asked. "We start testing you again." "But I thought..." Taylor started, not understanding why so soon. "Just forget the deal Taylor. I'm sick of this crap! We test you tomorrow and you will cooperate, do you understand me?" Jacob yelled. "Yes sir," Taylor said sadly. "You will still have your grounds privilages, but you will work for that right. Now go to bed." Taylor stared at him before sighing again and crawling back into bed as Jacob walked out. "Daniel, I'm telling you, I don't know why he was calling out to me. I'm in my room for goodness sakes! I have no way of knowing what is going on with that boy when I'm in here!" "Something tells me you are lying to me so tell me the truth, now!" Daniel yelled. "You are sick, Daniel! I told you, I don't know!" Sheila yelled, praying he would believe her, fearing what he would do if he found out the truth, let alone Jacob. Suddenly, Daniel grabbed her and she screamed. "Tell me!" "No!" she yelled. "Let me go! I don't know!" "Yes you do! Now tell me!" "Hey!" They both looked up as Jacob stared hard at Daniel who quickly let go of Sheila and looked at his boss. "Jake!? What are you doing here? I thought you were looking in on Taylor?" "I did. He had a dream. What's going on here?" Jacob asked, slowly sauntering up to Daniel. "I was questioning Sheila." He then looked at her with hatred, "But she's not talking." "Did it ever occur to you Daniel that she thinks you are just as whacked as I do?" "Excuse me?" Daniel asked, shocked. "I thought I told you no funny business? Now get out," Jacob ordered. "But sir," "Get out!" "Yes sir," Daniel said as he started to leave. "And apologize to her," Jacob said, not taking his eyes off of the very skaken Sheila. "But..." Daniel started as Jacob gave him a harsh glare. "Sorry Sheila." With that, Daniel turned and left, scared to death of what Jacob would do to him now. Once alone, Jacob looked to Sheila. "Taylor woke up a while ago and was calling out to you as if he were looking for you, like he thought you were there. Do you know anything about this?" "Like I tried to tell Danny, I don't have any way of knowing what goes on with that boy when I'm in here. This is news to me. Is he ok?" Sheila asked, praying this interrogation would be over soon. "Taylor is fine. He is resting and knows that we are testing him tomorrow." "What? Jake the boy needs rest. You can't!" Sheila argued. "They will be small tests and you and Chuck will still take him for grounds privilages but I'm tired of all the funny business. Something isn't right and I don't want to lose him again, understood?" Sheila sighed, "Yes sir. But Jake, go easy on him please? He is so weak right now that too much could cause him to crumble. I beg you, don't push him." "If he does what he is told things will be just fine, ok?" Jacob said. She nodded, "Yes sir." "Fine," he said. "Get some rest. I need you bright and early tomorrow morning, ok?" Sheila nodded as Jacob did that same and walked out. Sheila sat on her bed and thanked The Good Lord that they did not find out her secret. She then thought, "That's it. I have to try. God, please help me. Help me to do this right. In Jesus' Name, Amen," she prayed with all her heart and soul as she tried something she never had before. Zac Hanson sat on the stairs of the very saddened Hanson home. He looked up as Isaac came down the stairs and sat next to him. "How ya doin'?" Isaac asked. Zac shrugged, "Not good. You?" "Same." Zac looked to his older brother, "Do think they'll ever come home?" "Of coarse they will! How could even ask me that!?" Isaac yelled, angrily. "I'm sorry. It's just... I miss them is all, and nobody knows how to find them. I hate this!" Zac yelled too. Isaac sighed, "I'm sorry Zac. I miss them too. But hey, God is taking good care of them. I just know it." Zac smiled a bit. He then looked to the kitchen. "What about Mom? Think she'll be ok?" "I think Mom will be ok when we know for sure that Dad and Tay are ok." Isaac said. Mrs. Hanson sat at the kitchen table, her tired and stressed head resting on her hand. Slowly, she fell asleep. Sheila sat on her bed as she reached her heart, soul, and mind out to someone she had never met. This would not be easy. She had no idea what she was doing. Suddenly, she gasped, there before her was Mrs. Hanson, sleeping at the kitchen table. She did not know how but she knew this woman was the boy's Mother...she felt her pain. Suddenly, she felt herself being pulled into the woman's head and entered her dream. She smiled as she saw Mrs. Hanson sitting with Taylor and her husband. She looked so happy. Suddenly, Taylor and Mr. Hanson disappear as did everything around them. "No come back! Please. God help me please!" Mrs. Hanson pleaded. "Please bring them back to me!" "Oh my goodness," Sheila said as Mrs. Hanson gasped and looked at her fearfully. "Who are you? Where are my husband and son? What have you done with them?" Mrs. Hanson demanded. "You can see me?" Sheila asked. "Of course I can! What do you want? Where are they?" Mrs. Hanson demanded of her again. "Please listen to me Diana," she said, using her first name. "How did you know my name? Who are you? What's happening?" "Please listen to me. I know where they are but you have to listen carefully. If you don't they could get hurt. I'm going to tell you where they are." Mrs. Hanson gasped as she suddenly jerked awake. "Oh thank God!" she yelled as she went to the phone that was right next to Isaac and Zac. "Mom!? What's wrong?" Zac asked as they both stood up watching their Mother frantically call someone. "Officer Walden!" Mrs. Hanson yelled into the phone. "This is Diana Hanson! Please come quick! Please!" "Mom what's going on?" Isaac asked, now terrified for his Mother. "Officer Walden. My Husband and son...I know where they are." Isaac and Zac both stood in shock.
