Part 7 - "Stop It!"

Taylor awoke and looked all around. Surprisingly, he slept very well that night and felt refreshed. He threw the covers off of himself and proceeded to go through one of his bags for some of his clothes. Ike and Zac were still asleep so he could got in the bathroom before either of them had the chance. He brushed his hair out and put on a pair of jeans and a new shirt he had just bought the week before. It was a red button down shirt with short sleeves and a pointed collar. He put a black tee shirt on underneath it and brushed his teeth and left the bathroom. He found his shoes and sat down on the edge of the bed to put them on.
“You’re awake, surprise, surprise.” Zac smiled then yawned as he looked over at Taylor.
“What’s that supposed to mean?” Taylor asked, a little annoyed.
“Nothing. Is the bathroom free?” Zac asked. Pulling the covers off of himself.
“I just finished in there. I’m going to go down and see if I can find some food.” Taylor said, getting up from the bed.
“Why don’t you just order room service.” Zac questioned.
“I feel like walking around. You can come down with me if you want.” Taylor offered.
“Naw, I think I’ll just stay up here until dad comes to tell us we have to go.”
“Whatever.” Taylor said and left the room. He left their hotel room and went in the elevator. Luckily, no one else was in it. He leaned his head against the inside of the elevator and crossed his arms, waiting for the doors to eventually open.
“Taylor!”
“AGHH!” He yelled, jumping.
“I really don’t understand you.” The voice said. All of a sudden, the lights in the elevator turned out.
“STOP IT!” He yelled, placing his hands on the wall.
“I’m not here to hurt you.” The voice said calmly.
“THEN WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT?!” Taylor yelled, getting frustrated.
“I want to tell you what you need to know.” The voice answered.
“Are you trying to drive me nuts?! I can’t take this!” Taylor said angrily.
“You’re not crazy. In actuality, you are quite sane.” The voice said as the eyes appeared in front of him.
“WOULD YOU JUST LEAVE ME ALONE! I don’t want to know anything!” He yelled, pounding his fist against the wall of the elevator.
“My Taylor…” The voice started to protest.
“NONE OF THIS ‘ MY TAYLOR’ CRAP! LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE!” He yelled.
As soon as he said it, the lights in the elevator came on again and it continued to go down to the ground floor. Taylor took a deep breath as the doors opened. He quickly made his way out and jogged to the hotel restaurant. He sat at a small table, putting his head in his hands.
“Ummm…excuse me…uh…are you…uh…” A voice said, startling him. Taylor looked up and came face to face with a young girl who seemed younger than Zac. She had dark wavy hair that she kept in a messy bun and brown eyes. She looked Italian because of her dark complexion.
“AM I WHAT?!” Taylor said angrily.
“I…uh…” The girl muttered. She looked like she was about to burst into tears.
“Listen, I’m sorry…I’m just having a real rough morning.” Taylor said, apologizing. He didn’t mean to be so mean, especially to a fan.
“I’m Taylor.” He smiled and shook the girl’s hand.
“YOU’RE TAYLOR!” She squealed.
“Yeah.” Taylor said, rolling his eyes.
“Oh…I’m Rhianna.” She smiled.
“Go ahead…sit down.” He said.
“OH THANK YOU!” She said enthusiastically.
“So…how old are you?” Taylor asked.
“Me? I…I’m 13. I’m staying in this hotel because I was going to go to your concert today. I had no idea you were staying here too.” She smiled.
“I…uh…was wondering where your family was?” She said nervously.
“Oh…they’re upstairs.” Taylor said.
“Oh.” She said.
“Can you do me a favor?” She asked. Taylor looked at her again, extremely puzzled.
“What?” He asked, waiting for the worst.
“Can you give this to Zac.” She smiled and handed him an envelope. Taylor took a sigh of relief.
“So you like Zac?” Taylor smiled, and raised an eyebrow.
“Yeah.” She blushed.
“Well, if you want…you can hand it to him personally.” He smiled.
“REALLY?” She said as her eyes lit up.
“That…that would be wonderful!” She smiled.
“If you just stay down here, I’ll go up and get him. It’ll just take me a moment.” He smiled. He left the restaurant and turned to look at Rhianna. She smiled and waved at him. He got in the elevator and ran to his room, throwing the door open.
